Payments

  • We understand that you may not always be at home during the day, therefore we offer various payment options.

    Both Domestic and Commercial customers can choose from six main payment options:

    • Cash Payment Cash - Payable on the day.

    • Cheque PaymentCheque - Made payable to "C Cottrell". Please post cheques within 14 days.

    • Standing OrderStanding Order - A convenient way of making regular payments, once they're set up payments are made automatically.

    • Bank Transfer Bank Transfer - A quick and easy option for customers with on-line banking.

    • Paypal PayPal - an easy online payment option for those that have a PayPal account.

    • Paypal Credit/Debit Card - Payments can be made on your doorstep with our mobile card reader, we just need a 3G or WIFI signal to connect to.

Terms and Conditions

  • By booking our services you accept our terms and conditions of trading.
  • You agree to give 2 weeks notice of termination of our services.
  • We require 3 days notice for cancellation of a clean.
  • Our minimum contract is 3 cleans (excluding "One Off" cleans). However, if you terminate our services after only one clean you agree to pay the "One Off" clean price.
  • If your requirements change, i.e. adding additional windows to the property or changing the cleaning frequency, a new quotation may be required.
  • If we have arrived to work then we cannot accept a cancellation, unless work is being carried out at the property, whereon 50% is payable as we have not had 3 days notice.
  • We will endeavor to clean all windows, but if we deem any window to be inaccessible, these will be left.
  • We must have access to the rear of the property, i.e. all gates must be unlocked unless other methods of entry have been agreed. If you would like us to contact you the night before we will, but 25% will be charged if we then cannot gain access to any part of the property.
  • Safety is of paramount importance to us, we request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.
  • We always work within the current Health and Safety legislation, but if we deem any conditions unfit or hazardous then work will not continue until conditions are improved.
  • Any future price increases will be at our discretion, but you will be notified in writing beforehand.
  • If you are not satisfied with our service or cleaning results please contact us within 48 hours from the clean date. We will return, inspect and rectify the issue free of charge. If any complaint is proven not to be as a result of our service we reserve the right to charge a call out fee. We do not accept responsibility for any complaints that are made after 48 hours from the date of the initial clean.
  • Insurance - we are covered for public liability.
  • If an inside clean is required, all window sills must be cleared, any valued items removed from the area and awkward curtains removed before cleaning commences.  We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by failure to do so.
  • If it is raining when we clean your windows and they do not dry satisfactorily once the rain has stopped, we will return to re-clean the effected window/s. To take advantage of this service you must inform us within 48 hours of the initial clean.
  • We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions without notice.
